Listing Policy

Every listing is reviewed against these rules before it appears in search. Breaking them can lead to a listing being rejected or an account suspended.

Accuracy

Advertise only property you are authorised to advertise.
Use real photographs of the actual property.
State the true asking price, in naira, with no hidden conditions.
Do not claim documentation you cannot produce.

Duplicates and spam

One listing per property. Repeated duplicates, keyword stuffing and misleading locations are removed.

Uploads

Images (JPG, PNG, WebP), video (MP4) and PDF documents only. Executable files and archives are rejected.

Moderation

New listings start as Pending Review. An administrator can approve, reject, request changes, suspend or remove a listing, and every moderation action is logged.
